Jeremy has an extensive background in all trades of construction. Dating to when he was as young as 12 years old, Jeremy helped his family and friends on construction sites. Jeremy is skilled in many areas of construction including, electrical, plumbing, framing, concrete, roofing, drywall, painting, and more. This knowledge helps him in understanding and equating the value of homes, land, and vessels. Jeremy has been boating since he was a child, starting out on a small Glasspar at the age of 12 years old, stepping up to open bow lake boats, and eventually finding his love and passion for larger ocean yachts. Jeremy currently owns multiple boats, and is an avid fisherman. Jeremy can often be found cruising the harbor on his tender, or on larger boats, enjoying weekend fishing trips to the local islands .
