Heating and A/C
The boat has ducting and vents for heating & A/C, but the boat has no thermostat. The owner has never tried to use it, and does not guarantee that it works.

Engines
The yacht is powered by two Marine Power 350 EFI gas/ petrol engines.The engine meter reads at 935 hrs.300 gallon gas tank.Impellers were changed recently.You can see in the pictures that the engine room is large enough to move around and do repairs.The engine room has one primary hatch that comes up easily on a pressured hinge.

Inverter (No generator)
This vessel does not have a generator. However, it does have a large inverter system. We have tested the inverter system and seems to be working well. We disconnected the shore power, transferred the inverter system, and was able to turn on the TV, lights, and even run the microwave. We ran the electrical off of the inverter system for about an hour. However, buyer should have a surveyor inspect the condition of the system, the inverter itself, the batteries, and the wiring. The seller does not guarantee the condition of the inverter system.

Master Head
Owner says the master head, and shower, are in working condition. The head is an electric toilet system, drains a little slow. Buyer will need to verify.
